Our history

Ambra Ristorante was born in 2007 in the Lonja of Palma de Mallorca, a stone's throw from the splendid Palma Cathedral at the behest of chef Luca Barone who delights his guests with a high quality Mediterranean cuisine.

Luca, an Italian chef, who has moved to Mallorca since 2005, offers the Mallorcan dishes and all tourists to this wonderful island the typical dishes of Italian cuisine.

​

Melted provolone, Apulian burrata, salads with prawns, homemade pasta, spaghetti with clams, risotto with parmesan cheese and pizzas are some of the dishes on offer.

​

After several years spent in prestigious hotels in Venice, Milan and Formentera decided to settle in Palma where to develop and offer its cuisine.
